The Blue Ridge Mountains are part of the larger Appalachian Mountains range located in the eastern United States. The scenic Blue Ridge Parkway connects the Shenandoah National Park, in the north, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, in the south. The Blue Ridge Parkway has locations where visitors can stop to easily see and photograph the beautiful views.
